How do you know what variety the honey is?
Having complete control of the location and timing of the hives allows us to make different varieties of honey from the orange groves of south Florida to the plains of North Dakota. We deliver true 100% pure honey directly from our hives to your table.
Does honey go bad?
No, honey is naturally shelf stable with zero additives; however, honey will crystalize over time and become solid with crystals in it. Simply reheat your honey on a low heat to return it to its original state.
